In the 3 months following the beginning of sales, 90% of the 280 apartments offered for sale have been sold. That includes 50 apartments priced over 100 million Yen (1.3 million USD). This is the first time since 1996 that this many apartments priced over 100 million Yen have been sold in a new condominium in the Kansai area. It appears as though wealthy residents in Osaka have been waiting for a property like this, which is why sales have exceeded expectations.
