Apartments are on the large size for Japan with units ranging from 100 ~ 300 sqm +. There is currently just one re-sale listing in this building with an asking price of 2,330,000 Yen/sqm. This was a spacious apartment on a higher floor. It has been the most expensive reported resale in this building to date on a price-per-square-meter basis.

The average asking price in this building is currently around 2,100,000 Yen/sqm. This has been the only publicly reported resale in this building in 2018. In 2017 the average resale price was around 1,845,000 Yen/sqm, up 9.2% from 2016 (1,690,000 Yen/sqm) and up 7.6% from 2015 (1,715,000 Yen/sqm). This was a spacious corner apartment on a mid-floor. It sold for 44% more than it previously traded for in 2015 and has been the most expensive reported resale in this building on a price-per-square-meter-basis to date.

It has been the second most expensive reported sale in this building on a price-per-square-meter basis to date. The most expensive reported resale was in 1991 when an apartment sold for 1,638,000 Yen/sqm.

The average sale price to date in 2018 has been around 1,610,000 Yen/sqm, down 2.4% from 2017 (1,650,000 Yen/sqm). When new, apartments had an average price of 1,327,000 Yen/sqm. This was a tenanted apartment on a low floor. It sold with a gross yield of around 4.5%.
