There are currently just 3 sale listings in the 222-unit building with an average asking price of 2,460,000 Yen/sqm. This was a spacious 3 Bedroom apartment on a high floor. It has been the most expensive reported sale in this building on a price-per-square-meter basis to date. There have only been 7 publicly reported sales in this building since 2002 (a large number go un-reported).

The average sale price in 2018 was 2,325,000 Yen/sqm, up 26% from 2017 (1,845,000 Yen/sqm) and up 37.6% from 2016 (1,690,000 Yen/sqm). This was a large apartment on a high floor. It sold for 67% more than an identical apartment upstairs sold for in 2012 and has been the most expensive reported resale in this building on a price-per-square-meter basis to date.

As of March 2019 there were 23 apartments listed for sale, up from 18 apartments at the end of December 2018. The average asking price was 2,200,000 Yen/sqm. Only 4 of the 23 listings were for apartments over 80 sqm in size, with an average price of 2,525,000 Yen/sqm. There were 30 reported resales in 2018 with an average sale price of 1,920,000 Yen/sqm. The average sale price to date in 2019 is around 2,020,000 Yen/sqm.

This was a 1-Bedroom apartment on a high floor with sought-after views. It sold for approximately 40% more than a similarly-sized apartment on a lower floor sold for in 2013.

The average resale price in 2018 was 1,135,000 Yen/sqm, down 2.6% from 2017 (1,165,000 Yen/sqm) and down 3.8% from 2016 (1,180,000 Yen/sqm). This was a compact apartment on a high floor. It sold for approximately 10% more than an identical apartment a few floors down sold for in late 2018.

This apartment sold for approximatley 2.5% less than an identical apartment on a higher floor sold for in 2016.
