Sales in Branz Roppongi began in June 2012, and unsold apartments were later marketed at seminars held in Singapore in early 2013. All new apartments had sold out by December 2013. When new, apartments were priced from 34 ~ 129 million Yen, with an average price of around 1,285,000 Yen/sqm.

Branz Roppongi is located next to a small park and across the street from the former TSK-CCC Terminal Building (now demolished) which is awaiting a large scale redevelopment by Sumitomo.
