Brillia Towers Meguro is a large-scale redevelopment project located on the eastern side of Meguro Station. The 80 billion Yen project includes two residential towers (North and South) containing 940 apartments, as well as a 27-storey office tower. When new, penthouse apartments were priced from 269 ~ 459 million Yen, with an average price of around 2,845,000 Yen/sqm. Premium Floor apartments on floors 30 and above had an average price of 2,435,000 Yen/sqm, while lower floor apartments had an average price of around 1,700,000 ~ 2,010,000 Yen/sqm.
During the off-the-plan sales activities in 2015, an average of 3 ~ 5 purchase applications were made on each apartment, with popular apartments receiving as many as 40 applications. Lucky buyers were selected via a raffle-type system. Approximately 40% of the offers were made by residents of Tokyo’s Minato, Chiyoda and Shinagawa wards.
The building was completed in December 2017 with apartments delivered to buyers from February ~ May 2018 onwards.
