Park Court Aoyama The Tower is one of the most luxurious high-rise condominiums in central Tokyo. The 26-storey tower is a 3 minute walk from Aoyama Itchome Station, and 1,000 meters from the Tokyo Midtown office and retail complex. Off-the-plan sales began in October 2016 and all apartments had sold out by December 2017.

Off-the-plan sales began in October 2016, with 55 apartments initially offered for sale, including a 1.5 billion Yen non-penthouse apartment. All new apartments had sold out by December 2017. When new, apartments were priced from ¥178.8 million ~ ¥1.5 billion and up, with an average price of around ¥2,800,000 Yen/m².
Architect and interior designer Bruno Moinard was in charge of public and private space design. Moinard has worked on interiors for Karl Lagerfeld, the Hermes headquarters, and Veuve Cliquot’s Hotel du Marc. He has also designed 350 boutiques around the world for Cartier, including stores in Osaka and Ginza. Glassworker Emmanuel Barrois was commissioned to produce unique glass wall art which can be seen in the lobby, while pieces from sculptor Kan Yasuda are on display in the grounds.
The 3,910 sqm site is located alongside Gaien-Higashi Street and just north of the historic Aoyama Cemetery. It is directly across the street from Aoyama Park (North), which was was originally a barracks for the Imperial Army. South ~ East facing apartments may have open views across this park and towards Tokyo Midtown.
The Aoyama Itchome Station area only has a very small number of recently built residential buildings located within a 5 minute walk. As a result, supply is low.
