    The 13-storey apartment building was designed by architect Chieki Arai (). The building was completed in February 2016.

    It is a 1 minute walk from Daikanyama Station and a 3 minute walk from T-Site.

    When new, it was possible to purchase a garage car parking space separately from the developer. A 25.55 sqm space was priced at 19 million Yen. Only 3 spaces were made available for sale, while 39 machine parks can be rented from 47,000 ~ 52,000 Yen/month.
