Completion is scheduled for May 2018 with apartments ready for delivery to buyers from late August 2018.
The building is located across the street from the Sheraton Miyako Hotel and borders onto the estate of Takenaka Corporation’s private clubhouse. Just north of Takenaka’s estate is the former estate of the founder of the Seiko watch company. In 2014, Singapore-based City Developments (CDL) acquired the historic Seiko residence and land for 30.5 billion Yen (approximately 279 million USD at the time). CDL were planning to build luxury apartments on the 16,815 sqm site but no further details have been announced.
