In 2017, Koji-Chika government assessed land values at a nearby survey site (Jingumae 4-18-7) in 2017 were up 4.85% from 2016. This was the fourth year in a row to see an annual increase. Land values are now up 18.5% from 2013.
Koji-Chika land values at another site (Jingumae 3-5-2) were up 6.38% in 2017, and are up 20.5% from 2013.
The current market price for residential land in the Jingumae 4 Chome neighborhood is around 2.5 ~ 3 million Yen/sqm.
In 2015, a 300 sqm vacant lot of residential land located 20 meters from The Sanmaison Omotesando was listed for sale for 708 million Yen. It was re-listed again in 2017 for 1 billion Yen (an increase of 41%). It has zoning potential to build a 780 sqm (8,400 sq ft) residence.
